when you SEE IT…
Sometimes, you’re walking down the street on a lovely late summer day, thinking about how everyone talks about how great it is for there to be a pet store downtown, and you see it. A “For Rent” sign in the front window. That bigger building, so charming.
“That would make a great upgrade.”
And so it began.
